For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office hours are Monday: 12-8pm, Tuesday: 8-5pm, Wednesday: 8-5pm, Thursday: 8-5pm and some Fridays: 8-2pm. Our office facilitates emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking care.

We realize that every patient's financial situation is different, which is why we work hard to provide a variety of payment solutions to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve. Prior to scheduling treatment, we provide each patient with an estimate of cost, broken down by insured and out-of-pocket expenses. At your first visit we will verify your current insurance information and reconfirm this information on subsequent visits so that we can remain up-to-date to best serve you.

Dental Insurance
We are pleased to accept most dental insurance. To reduce cost to the patient, we will file both primary and secondary insurance, if available, on your behalf. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment and often reimbursement from insurance carriers is delayed. Therefore, we ask for payment of your deductible at the time services are provided. All estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined.

Cash Payment Options & Discounts
Patients are asked to pay for services as they are provided. We accept cash, check, debit and most major credit cards. We also offer flexible financing options (see below) because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets.

Prepayment Cash Discount- We offer a 5% prepayment discount for all treatment paid in full with cash, check or credit card at the time of service when dental insurance is not being billed.

Major Service Payment Option- For treatment requiring two or more appointments (crowns, bridges, veneers, etc.), a two payment option is available. 50% of your balance is due at the first appointment, and the remainder of the balance is due upon your second appointment.

Care Credit Financing- We offer monthly financing through CareCredit to help you attain the most optimal dental care. Through Care Credit, our staff can offer an interest free loan up to 24 months for 100% of Invisalign orthodontics and 6 months for 100% of all other dental treatment with NO down payment, NO annual fees and NO pre-payment penalties. NO additional discounts are applicable when using CareCredit. Longer payment solutions are also available at CareCredit at nominal interest rates to the patient.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
